Yes. I see them both and not logged in.

I cannot – could you please clear browser cache?

I did and on the server also.

Also looked at the back end and the sharing is enabled.

The hover over them and you’ll see the share button.

Ok – you mean the Facebook sharing icon (we also have a general sharing icon).

I cannot see the reason – let me consult the developers and get back to you.

Yes click the Facebook button and try to share it.

So if you click the Facebook button and click share you don’t get an error?

Sharing works, but the url which is shared is https://www.cmrproducts.com/DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_PLUS which isn’t correct. There must be something going on on your site which messes with the Facebook sharing link, but we cannot say what it is without deeper investigation. It is unusual, we’re seeing this issue for the first time. It works fine on other sites.

As no other user reports this, but you have the issue on two sites, the question is what changes you made to both those two sites which may cause this. Are those sites on the same server? Or do they use the same theme? etc.

Do you use the premium plugin on one of those sites? If yes, please raise a support ticket at the top of the plugin’s settings page.
