Free plugin to send digest html email automaticcaly periodically

Hi

I am looking for a FREE plugin that will allow to

collect email adresses on the front office
send an email (html format for richness) to all my subscribers once a week containing the last post (title, text, image) and a recap of the 5 previous posts (only title and excerpt).

Can you point me to a free plugin that does this ?
