free plan can’t send newsletters

Thanks for contacting us! You can indeed send broadcasts with the free plan. All you need is an active email-sending mailer set up on your site.

If done, could you please confirm that reports are generated after publishing the post? If reports are not generating, please send us a screenshot of the Campaign settings.

hi i do have email sending mailer as WP mail SMTP plugin, but your newsletter just not able to sent out, please help.

Our plugin is compatible with the WP Mail SMTP plugin, so should be able to send emails without any issues. If you’re experiencing problems, there might be another factor causing the issue.

Could you please check if you are receiving the test email from the third-party plugin? You can do this by going to Install > Send test email.

Once you’ve received the test email from the third-party plugin, please check if you’re also receiving the test email from the Icegram Express Plugin. You can this document
