Free – page not forwarding to paypal or stripe

    Hi

    I’m having trouble with the link redirecting to PayPal and stripe. There is just a spinning arrow when the submit button has been pressed.
    I’m getting the email sent through and I can find anything to help.

    Please try clearing your cache (both your browser and website, if used) and try again.

    Hi Collin

    Thanks for your reply, still no joy.

    I’ve cleared cache on browser and purged all on website

    Php is ver 7.4.15

    Redirect changed to method 2.

    Any other suggestions?

    Could you try removing all other CF 7 plugins to check for conflict? Also, make sure your form has a price/dollar amount attached, as I don’t currently see a price on your form.

    SOLVED

    I’ve to got the bottom of it. It was the site security.

    I installed a plug in called really simple SSL, this add on protects the site helps with redirecting, I don’t have any issues now.

    Thank you for letting us know that there was a conflict with that plugin. I’ll make sure our developer adds this plugin to the list of plugins that ours may conflict with. Glad to hear everything is working again!
