Free Orders are Showing Payment Gateways at Checkout after 3.0 update

Hi Guys,

In my store we “sell” a lot of Free Products.

Before v3 any order that has a “Zero” as value, do not show any option for Payment Gateway

After v3, it shows to the user select a gateway and they get confused,,,
