Free months followed by monthly charges

How can I let customers try a monthly product for free for the first n months AND not make them provide their credit card information until *after* the n-months-long free period is completed?
Using ultimo, cartflows pro and woocommerce subscriptions

There’s a setting in Subscriptions that let’s you checkout $0 carts without taking credit card info at checkout for free trial:
