Free members seeing another member's details

The log file doesn’t show anything that sort. It actually doesn’t indicate what the members are seeing when they log on. Some of them sees other people’s accounts and log file doesn’t show that sort of thing.

Do you by any chance have a cache plugin installed?

I just wrote a reply but it’s not posted somehow so I’m writing again.
I had plugins installed but I disabled and deleted them. No cache at the moment. Just today one of the paid members reported that he logs in and sees the free user Icharus account. This is a so weird because I already removed that account from the members list. I’m desperate please help.

Is it a browser problem on the users end? I ask them to empty cache, try a different browser and reset browser but not sure if this is the permanent solution.

Can you check your website and make sure that all traces for the free user Icharus account is removed. Then try the following, log in yourself using a free test account using a different browser or computer and see if you also see the user Icharus.

Yes I saw the icharus user. But then I emptied the browser cache and tried a few things and now Icharus is gone and I’m able to login with my test username. The weird thing is this icharus is stuck somewhere and keeps getting delivered. So odd.

That sounds more like you have been hacked to some degree.
