Tried multiple times to add free local delivery, entered Postcodes as instructed and saved, nothing showing on the front end. Well confused as to why it doesn’t work.
    Help please.

    Hi there!

Would you mind sharing more details about how you’ve set up the free delivery shipping method?

Using the built-in options, you’d first want to set up shipping zones, and then offer free shipping for those zones.

If that still doesn’t work for you, please get back to us with:

    1. System Status Report:

    * You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
    * Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2. Screenshots of your shipping zone settings: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/.

    3. An example address where you’re trying to ship the product to

    4. Link to the product itself

Thank you for working with us on this.

I m unable to add screenshot of what I have done, no upload link here.
I used flat rate set at 0.00 to allow local postcodes free delivery, if I use the Free Delivery and use a coupon anybody could use it.

There isn’t an option to upload images to forum topics, which is why we recommend other services like https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/.

Are you saying that you don’t want to offer free shipping to all the users in a specific location? In which case, please do let us know the exact store requirement so that we can point you in the right direction.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
