free live stream not showing to users

    I set up a free live stream player on my media page so our users can freely tune in to our live stream. The stream is viewable for super admin, but it displays as “we are not streaming at the moment” for non logged in/regular users. How do i make this stream player viewable to any one without loggin in?

    Hello there,

    So sorry to hear that your users are having trouble viewing. Upon checking the link, I can confirm that we can see your live stream player with the message mentioned above. This happens when you are not actually Live.

    Your viewers will only be able to see the live stream if you are live. You can get in contact with [email protected] to help you troubleshoot if you are actually LIVE when viewers see the message that you are ‘not streaming at the moment’ Please provide as much detail as possible so that we can replicate the environment.
