    Free version there is limit of 5 agents or i have problem?

    Ticket numbers after some test can i reset and begin again from 1?

    How can i have Push notifications ? Do you have a plan to make it?

    You can create unlimited agents in the free version. If you are facing any issue while adding the agents please create a ticket on our support page.

    It is not possible to reset ticket id from 1. But you can set Starting Ticket ID from the setting (Support > Settings > Advance settings).

    How can i have Push notifications? Do you have a plan to make it?

    Push notifications are not possible in the current version. It is a good suggestion. We will discuss it with our team.

    For push notifications its a good idea
    but i thing to works you can make a mobile app.
