    Hi Stefano,

My previous message was marked as complete and resolved but this was not the case.

Not sure you understand. I am setting this up for clients as a free account and still cannot generate a free license via your WordPress plugin. Your workaround does not work for me. I am still having this issue on all my new client installations.

I cannot create a free license via email subscribe. I enter the email, I check the “Terms of Services” checkbox and click submit. Absolutely nothing happens. Cannot get license key. The submit button has no reaction whatsoever.

What should I do? This is so frustrating, because it really slows down my client installation routine tremdously. I cleared all possible caching. Still it does not work. I deactivate the plugin and reactivate. Nothing. Same issue over and over again.

When will this finally get fixed?? If this wont be fixed I will have to switch all my new clients to a different plugin.

    Thanks,
    W

I checkd the error message after submit and I get :

Failed to load resources: The server responded with a status of 500 ()

There seems to be an issue with your servers. Either your database has issues or your server performance in general has some reliability issues.

Could you please implement a way of getting a license that doesn’t rely on your servers? This is simply happening too many times and is really frustrating when you are on a deadline …

    Thank you.

PS: In the meantime, could you please send me a work-around on how to get a free license? Please not one that involves my own account, as this is for a new client not myself. I am a web designer that implements this for clients. Thanks.

Hi, you could register to our site with the customer address (to have a license an account is required) and then get the license from the account page.

About the error 500, I’ll check the server logs, thank you for reporting.

If you kindly send me the exact time when you get the 500 error I can check the logs for it. Thank you.
