• I recently got the Pro version of Fluent Forms and it installed and integrated well out of the box.

    I ran into some issues with styling. This is understandable as it’s a fairly new solution. Their team was great in getting back to me and giving me what I needed to get things where I wanted them. They didn’t hold my hand – frankly, who can afford to do that these days – but they gave me the information and links to resources that I could use to accomplish my goals.

    The only feedback I would give them is to take that great know-how that they team has and really document it in their knowledge base. It would minimize tickets for sure.

    I really like these guys. They are smart, responsive, and personable. Also, they LISTEN. They really take their community base seriously when it comes to steering the product. They don’t kowtow but you’ll certainly be heard.
