    Hi everyone,

Everything seems to work nicely, and the forms are simple to put together.

However… My form keeps on ‘loading’ on IOS devices but never shows up. I don’t have Android devices, but I’ve been told it works fine there.

    Setup:
    – latest version of WordPress (6.4.1)
    – latest update of the ‘flatsome’ (3.18.1) premium theme
    – ios browser: safari, chrome, duckduckgo

Tried to simply copy-paste the shortcode with and without using the flatsome UI. Both run into the same issue.

Not sure if this might create an issue, but I did use an ‘older’ form elsewhere on the same domain, and that one seems to be working fine on all platforms (including ios devices): https://www.samdesmet.com/donate

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Just figured out the problem myself. Turns out there seems to be a conflict with the ”WPmeteor’ plugin. As soon as I deactived this plugin, the GiveWP forms are working fine on every platform.

    Hi, @samdesmet.

I’m glad you were able to find our the conflict between GiveWP and WPMeteor.

When it comes to GiveWP, we really want to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible, so we advise against minifying, optimizing, or merging GiveWP’s scripts. These scripts play a crucial role in processing donations, and they need to load in a specific order to ensure all the necessary information gets sent to the payment gateway without any hiccups.

Unfortunately, if you go ahead and optimize, minify, or merge these scripts, it could potentially lead to some issues with GiveWP and even cause disruptions in the donation process or form malfunctions.

In this particular situation, we genuinely discourage any attempts to minify, optimize, or merge the code.

We kindly ask you to double-check and make sure that this optimization tool isn’t causing any conflicts with GiveWP. It’s all about ensuring your donation system runs smoothly! ??

Thanks for using GiveWP! Have a great day.
