Since the settings are changed when the translation is changed, you’d be best placed getting in touch with WPML first to check what the issue could be when the translation is done.

There said the plugin is not tested with WPML yet. But my customer need this quick… :/
Is there a possibly quick fix ?

Looking at that thread, it seems that your issue is much related. You could try to engage the support team again regarding this to see if they have any fixes/workarounds so far.

Also, you could ask them for suggestions on gifting plugins with comparable features that are compatible with their plugin.
