Free gift for registration

For a computer shop, it is intended to reward a website visitor with a free gift, mouse, if he or she follows them on Facebook. Is it ethical? Could anyone please suggest a plugin which would help implement this. If Facebook reward for likes not ethical, then would go for subscribe for our email newsletter and avail a gift. Suggestion for a plugin highly appreciated.

In particular, the owner of computer shop wants that if anyone subscribes for their facebook like, they get a free mouse for purchase of over Rs.100 once they visit the computer shop in person (it’s a brick and mortar shop).

Installed Scratch & Win and believe this plugin would help. However, the owner does not want scratch feature. Just referral. Any idea?
