Free for how long?

  • All plugins hosted in the WPORG plugin repository must be free and released under GPL. Commercial (pay-for) plugins simply are not allowed. However, you should be aware that some plugins simply act as links to 3rd party sites that offer commercial services. These sites are perfectly free to charge for their services if they do wish.
