FREE features are misleading and missing

  • The free features list clearly states there is a file upload facility. I quote… Files & attachments: Users can upload attachments from the frontend. This is NOT true. On the free version you can’t upload files from the form as it’s greyed out. Contacting support confirmed this. There may be other items that are misleading, but I simply deleted the plugin, as its’ falsely advertised.

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

    It’s true that the file upload field is unavailable in the free version of WPUF. This is an unexpected mistake from our team and I understand that it has misled you. I am taking proper action to edit the free version features.

    I can confirm that there is no such intention to false advertise the plugin or mislead our valuable users, it was a mistake. To err is human right? I really hope you can forgive us and give our plugin another shot.

    Finally, I want to thank you for sharing the mistake, we are taking care of it.
