Free Downloads for certain clients

  • Hello,

    1. I need the possibility to offer free downloads to people from certain countries (Developing world etc.) while others have to pay.
    Is there a plugin or function that would allow me do so, even if just in combination with third party IP checkup plugins ? Does anyone have experience with that?

    2. Another possibility would be of course using the “Custom Prices” plugin. My question for that is, if a customer who choses to pay nothing will still be going through a pay gateway? I mean people in the developing world (who would pay nothing maybe) don’t have a PayPal account to check out etc.

    1. We do not have an option for that, sorry.

    2. Free purchases would not go through PayPal or any other payment gateway.
