Free delivery unless a shipping class applies

    Hi,

    I have been using this plugin for awhile now with no problems thanks.

    We have recently taken on a new product which due to size/weight we cant not offer free delivery to and of and User roles when added to the basket.

    The fee is being applied fine to our guest and customer users, but I have shipping rules for our trade customers where they get free delivery over a certain spend, and a fee if its under, I want to keep these rules as they are. Unless they add this new product to the basket then regardless of whether or not they qualify for free delivery it automatically adds this shipping cost.

    Is this possible?

    Hi Michelle,

    You can ensure the free shipping option does not show up by adding a additional condition like; – Contains product – not equal to – {paid shipping product}.

    This way it will not show the free shipping option when that product is present in the cart.
