  • Hey there, @ledukebx ! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

To confirm, you want to apply the free delivery only if the total (after applying any discounts) meets the criteria, correct?

If that’s the case, please follow the steps below:

    • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
    • Select the shipping zone
    • On Free Shipping, click on Edit
    • Make sure the option for “apply minimum order before discount” is not checked
    • Save the changes

If this is how it is already set up and it is not working, please let us know so we can assist you further.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hello @carolm29 !

    Thanks for your Help !

Exactly, I want to apply the free delivery only if the total (after applying any discounts) meets the criteria (300€ of spent).

The problem with the solution you propose is that it works only if the discount previously applied is a coupon. But mine is quite complex depending on the quantity, and therefore it uses the “Discount Rules for WooCommerce – PRO” module from Flywheel. It is therefore not a coupon, and this solution therefore does not work.

Do you have an idea ?

    Best regards. Quentin

    Hi @ledukebx

I want to apply the free delivery only if the total (after applying any discounts) meets the criteria (300€ of spent).

Unfortunately, the standard WooCommerce settings may not work in your case because they’re primarily designed to work with WooCommerce’s built-in coupon system.

However, you may consider using an additional plugin to achieve your desired functionality. A plugin like the WooCommerce Advanced Free Shipping or Advanced Shipping might be a good solution. This plugin allows you to set up advanced rules for free shipping, including based on the cart’s total after discounts.

Please note that while we do our best to recommend solutions, third-party plugins are not directly supported by WooCommerce, so we recommend reaching out to the plugin developers for specific setup assistance.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.

    Hello @shameemreza

    Thanks for your plugin suggestions,
However, the modules you offer only work with the subtotal and not the total (even in the pro version)

@wooteam, don’t you have a solution for this simple problem?

    Regards. Quentin
