Additionally, I just added the global check out page, and it is completely blank.

The redirection from my original check out page redirects to the new global page but there is nothing on it.

    Hello @rayeason

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Can you please provide more information on the below points to get more idea on this?
    – Which template you are trying to import on your website?
    – What is the default page builder you have set or using while importing these templates?
    – Are there any JS errors in the browser’s console area. If yes, then can you please share the screenshot of it?

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    – Which template you are trying to import on your website?

I was trying to import any of the three non pro (free) templates.

One of them had a problem showing the template image. However, none of them would import.

    – What is the default page builder you have set or using while importing these templates?

    Elementor

    – Are there any JS errors in the browser’s console area. If yes, then can you please share the screenshot of it?

I did not notice any JS Errors. Just the blank page for the Global Cart page that I created following your video tutorial.

    Hello @rayeason,

Thank you for getting back to us.

To proceed with debugging, please take the following steps:

#1) Make sure that you are using the latest version by navigating to Dashboard > Updates on your website admin panel.

#2) If that didn’t help, kindly enable WordPress debugging mode. [See how]

Once did, try the import process again. If possible, open your browser’s console [Cmd-Shift-J on Windows or Cmd-Option-J on a Mac], record a screencast, and share it with us.

After retrying the import, check the wp-content folder. There must be a debug.log file there. We also need that file to gather more information about your issue so please also share that with us.

    Hope this helps.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yes. I was running version 1.9.2.

I have recently uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.

It seems to be working now.

Maybe it was a bad install.

    Thanks for your help ??
