    Hi,

    I met all the conditions and the free ad credit was granted, but the expiration date is set for 5 days after the issue date, which is not enough to make use of it as the next charge probably won’t happen so soon.

    Whom can I contact in order to extend the expiration date?

    The duration of ad credits is set by the advertising partner, and WooCommerce doesn’t have the ability to extend the expiration date.

    However, I suggest you inquire about extending the expiration date of your Pinterest ad credit through Pinterest Support. They may have the ability to extend the expiration date of your ad credit.
