Free, a lot of functions and very flexible, but multipricing is too complex

This plugin does most of what many paid plugins do: Single and recuring events, locations with Google maps, user defined fields, booking and payment with PayPal.

The registration form and e-mail notifications can be configured very flexible and there is a lot of short-codes to be used in pages and posts. But it takes some time to set up.

Muliple prices in the same event is however too complex for the users. It requires HTML knowledge, which my users do not have. It would be nice to have an easyer way to define tickets with different pricing.
