• I downloaded your app and paid for premium service on 12/21/17. The plugin did not work and I contacted your support team on 12/22, 12/26 (twice), 12/28 (twice), 12/30, 12/31, and finally on 1/3/18 requesting that my paid membership is cancelled because I have not received any responses from your support team other than the automate response that my ticket has been logged. Then on 1/22 I was charged again for your service, in spite of sending your company MULYIPLE messages to cancel it. I have contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and record this company as fraudulent. Please refund my money immediately, otherwise I will continue pressing this claim. This plugin does not work, is not supported, and exists solely to steal money from people who are trusting you to furnish what you are selling
