Fraud, return my money!

I purchased the paid version for $50, wanting to post on instagram. After installing the paid plugin, I realized immediately that the plugin uses a backdoor for posting instead of the official API. I will not describe the problem in depth, but when trying to authorize instagram for security purposes, it asks for confirmation (authentication error challenge_required). Postnig not working. I wrote to support several times and pointed out the problem, but they gave a formal reply twice.
Customer service said to use the instructions, that’s the whole answer. Thank you, I can read! The requirements to return the fee for the plugin stopped responding at all.
I do not recommend paying them money, it is better to give it to someone else.
