Fraud!

The plugin (Pro version) used to work good for about 5 years. After trying to upgrade to the premium API nothing is working.
Activation is not working, activation key is invalid, there is no support. You can not use the plugin, you can not ask for help.
Now I can NOT use the Pro plugin, Premium API, and there is no support.

Ticket#NXS123999 (opened: 2018-08-11 12:40:15)and answer with anything useful. There was a reply from your side for the first ticket on 2018-08-13 15:22:52, however it didn’t help at all and my reply was sent on 2018-08-13 15:37:55.
Also, Pay Pal case ID PP-007-206-931-182 is opened since Sunday, 12 August 2018 at 06:13:50
