France Shipping

Hey mate even after the latest update to your excellent plugin there seems to be a problem with “france” for instance not autoloading in a price. You can check this at https://www.paddlepowertrainer.com to replicate this issue, place both items in the “Shop” page into your basket and try and check out using France as a country.

As far as I can tell, all other countries seem to be fine or at least the ones with states such as Australia or America.
