Frameworks recommendations please

  • Hi all

    I have been pottering with wordpress for a while and have some basic css and html skills and am working on improving them. I have no PHP skills.

    So, am I think that I may be in a position to start with a framework?
    I am looking for recommendations for a framework that will be useable by someone new to this, for a number of web projects

    It needs to be responsive, flexible, futureproof ie regular updates, reliable supplier with good support, seo friendly and very wordpress compatible. Something that I can grow into and invest time and effort into with confidence. Anything I have missed?

    Am I asking too much?
