Clicking on an event to view its description produces inconsistent results. On some computers/browsers, you get the description; in other instances, you just get a blank white box. In one case, I get a message saying:
This content can’t be shown in a frame
There is supposed to be some content here, but the publisher doesn’t allow it to be displayed in a frame. This is to help protect the security of any information you might enter into this site.

A JPG showing examples can be found here. What can I do to ensure that the event description appears in every browser on every machine?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, @pawlinglibrary!

Thank you for your time posting about this problem!

The popup box should be opening correctly on each type of browser. But there might be a problem on your website which causes this to occur.

Could we please have a closer look at the issue? Please send us a request through this form (select “I have a pre-sales question” and the form will appear).

Also please make sure to indicate the link to this forum thread in your message. We will share the solution here as well.

    Cheers!
