Seems the latest version of W3TC broke fragment caching.
I see you added a new “Use late ‘init'” setting but it doesn’t have any effect for some reason: https://screencast.com/t/dgqatooFpxQQ
How can we continue to use fragment caching now? Is there a new method or a workaround for this?
