    it’s a permissions issue…
I’m using https://www.fpdf.org/ to create a folder to hold the tickets in, you also need to add a “blank” pdf to the virtual product upload.
I really should create a walk through for this…
if you want to add me on skype or pop in the IRC I’ll talk you through it.

    Thanks again –
The error occurs when adding the ticket.

Do I need to alter permissions somewhere?

PDF upload – to where please,
The only place I can see is in the Ticket details in the product option.
    ie: Add media
    or Add Img.
    Tried both..

    The ADMIN section shows
Woo simple tickets (directly under plugin) but is a blank page.

The error remains so cannot save a product as a ticket.
    Depending on what is added

FPDF error: Unable to create output file:
    /home/site/public_html/site/wp-content/uploads/sites/8/2015/05/Ticket.pdf

Have tried with the product marked as virtual
    or neither

when you mark the product as virtual is give you the option to add a virtual product to download add the empty pdf document there…

    Thread Starter BeHeard

    (@beheard)

OK I seem to be missing that option..

    like this

    And showing

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-simple-tickets/includes/Class_update_ticket.php on line 175

When attempting to save as ticket.

also please – Is your plugin Multisite compatible?

    Plugin Author Christopher Churchill

    (@vimes1984)

click downloadable on, and in the genral tab set a empty pdf in the downloadable field…

    Thread Starter BeHeard

    (@beheard)

?? Oh my will get there eventually.
    So back round we go..
    Download – check
    Upload blank PDF – check
    Update product
    Error

FPDF error: Unable to create output file: /home/site/public_html/subsitet/wp-content/uploads/sites/10/woocommerce_uploads/2015/05/Ticket.pdf

    (@vimes1984)

whats the permissions on that folder?
And again if you post this to github I’ll see them much quicker…

    Thread Starter BeHeard

    (@beheard)

755 However when checking that folder the ticket is actually there.

    Thread Starter BeHeard

    (@beheard)

Ticket is 644 but changing it to 755 same error

    Plugin Author Christopher Churchill

    (@vimes1984)

    did you fix it?

    Thread Starter BeHeard

    (@beheard)

Unfortunately cannot get past it, there is some sort of permission issue but cannot source it.

    (@vimes1984)

when you save the pdf it trys to write to the pdf you gave it in the virtual product section…
Try and set the parent folder and the pdf to 77 temporarily see if that works

    What host you on?

Do you want to me me the logins and I’ll take a look?

hey! dont work for me ??

“Warning: fopen(/home/u56624/111) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Is a directory in /home/u56624/111/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-simple-tickets/includes/fpdf/fpdf.php on line 1025
