FOX Currency (WOOCS) Compatibility

  • Hi Marc,

    I am using Fox Multi Currency Plugin (Former name: WOOCS)
    The product page loads up fine with the correct currency, however, when I open the configurator, the amount of currency is correct, but the currency symbol is incorrect.

    For example, when I open this page from google:
    https://exacoat.com/product/galaxy-z-fold-4-skins

    It loads IDR 129.000 (Since I’m in Indonesia), but then when I open the configurator, it says MYR 129.000, sometimes it’s KRW, or EUR.

    It didn’t break the functionality when it adds to cart, but I suppose it really confuses the customer.

    Could you please look into this? Thank you!

    Hi Shandy,

    Is there anything specific which needs to be done to reproduce this?
    I just tested the product you linked, and I didn’t get such issues. The currency symbol was always correct.
