Four notices instead of one

Hi, im trying to use the notice plugin, but notices are showing everywhere on my cart page.

I made a condition: Category – equal – “Wine”, with condition mode: Cart Condition will check all products in cart and display only one notice for cart summary.

I am putting one product from the category “Wine” in the cart, and I am getting four notices on cart page, even above the header content.

What should I do?
