Four Missing Products

    I am missing four products in my reseller plugin. All the other products seem to be there, here are the four missing products:

    -Dedicated IP
    -Dedicated Server
    -VPS
    -Code Signing Certificate

    I am using WP v4.9.7, Generate Press Theme v2.1.3, Reseller Plugin v1.6.1.

    I have tried deactivating and reactivating, however, these four products still do not appear. Please advise on how I can get these four products to display in my plugin so I can use them on my site.

    Also, on the online storage product is there a way for me to add a drop down option for customers to “add more storage”?

  • Hi there,

    I had a similar issue. I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it again. The issue seems to be solved.

    Thank you for your reply. When I uninstalled and reinstalled my app those four products are still missing. Do you have those four products on your plugin?

    No, I don’t have them. The reseller plugin programmers and support are not helpful. I’m thinking of changing the company.

    Dedicated Server and VPS are now available in the plugin. The other products (SSL, IP address) are following soon. Thanks for the feedback.
