    Thank you for contacting us.

    We have checked the screenshot that you have provided. According to the screenshot, it seems that you are using some extra fields with CF7 form and according to this it may be creating the extra un necessary fields.

    We suggest you to create the new CF form using the standard fields of CF7 and check by submitting some dummy data to the form, if still the issue occurs with strange columns, kindly let us know. If the issue does not occurs in the new CF form data in the back office, then the issue is relevant to the plugin used for the extra fields.

    If you have any issues, we suggest you to provide us the form URL/ Site URl where the form is been displayed.

    thanks, we dont use extra field, now we created new form and bugs was fixed… strange))
