found a problem with bowe codes

Hi imath, ok the problem i am continually getting is with the avatars, let me explain, i am on latest wordress and buddypress but this has been the case for previous versions too so i just had display avatars set to NO until now as i want to start using them.
the problem is that when you get a message for example off a user when using notifications that it will show his avatar and if that same user then also mentions you or asks for friendship etc the problems start because his avatar has already shown once the second time a notification comes that involves that user it displays mystery man picture instead of avatar, there seems to be alot of problems in the avatar displaying mystery man instead of avatar at random too, also what happens when the notifications group together? say if you have 1 message it will say you have a new message off the user but if you then get another message they group together and say you have 2 new messages so the avatar again shows mystery man because they are grouped, can you maybee check these issues out please?
