Forwarding visitors from wordpress URL to new domain URL

I started my blog on the WordPress site, but have since moved it onto my own host, where it’s up an running on its own domain. Is there any way to forward people from the old to the new site? So when they go to:
https://SITENAME.wordpress.com/
They end up at:
