Hello,
I try to describe it as easy as I can.

At my webhosting provider, I have created 4-5 subdomains, DNS settings are automatically created by my provider. All domains are forwarded directly to the WordPress directory on my webserver and all domains / subdomains are reachable with https (Let’s Encrypt). I have seen that there is a redirect 301 or 302 from http => https.

Forwarding of http ==> https turned off.
Forwarding destination: 301 Moved permanently

I also have pictures, if necessary.

All subpages are accessible without multiple domain mapping.

Actually, installing multiple domain mapping is easy, and you can not go wrong.

My website can be reached at https://tobias-eckert.de. There I write about myself privately. In addition, I have created bases for my hobbies: electronics, model making and aquarium. There is no content yet, only demo content.

The subdomain “start page” (eg https://moba.tobias-eckert.de/moba) is not displayed, instead the homepage of tobias-eckert.de is called. In the subpages the respective page is called by Moba.

Maybe it’s just an “understanding problem” or a stupid mistake on my part, or it’s up to my web hosting provider that it does not work.

Unfortunately, I can not speak English, otherwise I would certainly quickly find a solution.

So, ich muss mir gerade selbst Antworten und lieber in Deutsch als English.

Soweit funktioniert das Plugin jetzt. Ganz wichtig: Den Browsercache l?schen !
Und ich musste http und https getrennt hinzufügen.

Normale Seiten funktionieren, allerdings m?chte ich noch ein Kategorien-Blog hinzufügen, um alle Beitr?ge der jeweiligen Kategorie zu der Subdomain anzuzeigen, und das habe ich bisher nicht hinbekommen.

Auf meiner Website habe ich noch “Elektronik” als weiteren Subdomain hinzugefügt, dass nicht im Plugin eingetragen ist, um zu sehen, wie die Struktur ohne Mapping funktioniert.

hallo tobi,

in deinen einstellungen hast du moba.tobias-eckert.de einmal auf /moba und einmal auf /moba/modelleisenbahn gemapped. da solltest du dir schon überlegen, welches mapping du willst ?? so wie jetzt wird wohl nur zweiteres verwendet, aber es ist eine m?gliche fehlerquelle.

bezüglich der kategorien musst du zun?chst unterscheiden, ob es dir um die kategorie-archive geht und/oder die ansicht eines einzelnen posts innerhalb der kategorie. dann musst du zun?chst (noch ohne irgendwas davon in unserem plugin zu mappen) die urls dieser archive bzw. posts anpassen, so dass sie mit einem gleichen url-part beginnen. für dein beispiel “elektronik” also z.b. die archive auf tobias-eckert.de/kategorie/elektronik und die posts auf tobias-eckert.de/kategorie/elektronik/mein-post-name

dann kannst du wieder ein mapping mit elektronik.tobias-eckert.de auf tobias-eckert.de/kategorie/elektronik erstellen.

bitte beachte, dass wir dir für die korrekte einrichtung deiner permalink-struktur keinen kostenlosen support geben k?nnen ?? einfach immer drauf achten zun?chst alles ohne mappings so laufen zu haben wie es sein soll, dann die mappings draufgeben.

Hallo Matthias,
erstmal Danke für deine Antwort. Ich wollte alle Beitr?ge zu der jeweiligen Kategorie als “Blog” Seite zu den Subdomains hinzufügen, dazu habe ich in Menüs Kategorie direkt als Menüpunkt gew?hlt. Also z.B. Alle Beitr?ge, die mit der Kategorie Aquarium verknüpft sind, als Seite unter aquarium.tobias-eckert.de anzeigen. moba.tobias-eckert.de => habe ich auf /moba ge?ndert. Und die beiden anderen habe ich gel?scht.

Mittlerweile habe ich eine weitere Seite page-aquarium.php angelegt, und dort über die Schleife nur die Kategorie der jeweiligen Seite ausgegeben.

Was würde denn der kostenpflichtige Support kosten ?
