    Hi,

I’ve been researching how to save pdf attachments uploaded through a CFF form to my Google Drive. Any suggestions or experience you can share on this topic? A bonus would be to save the whole form content as pdf, too.

There may be solutions specific to the cloud storage – an email address that saves all attachments for example – but haven’t found a good solution for Google yet.

    Appreciate any feedback,
    Lars

    Hello @gunnilstam,

If you have installed the Developer or Platinum version of the plugin, and you have an account in the Zapier service (https://zapier.com), there is possible activate the “CFF-WebHook” add-on in the settings page of the plugin for sending the data collected by the plugin to Zapier.

Zapier is a connector service that allows to connect multiple services, using the Zapier WebHook as source (it gives you an url that should be used as the WebHook associated to the form) and Google Drive as destination, it is possible to upload the files to Google Drive, furthermore, if you select a service like WebMerge as destination it is possible generate a PDF with the information collected by the form (The Platinum version of the plugin includes an add-on to connect the form with WebMerge without using a connector service).

    Thank you,

I’ve been looking into this and made a little progress on the Zapier service. Read about the webhook, that would be great. Unfortunately I checked and I just have the developer version. Perhaps it is possible to do an incremental upgrade? ??

    Thanks again for quick reply

    Best Regards

    Hello @gunnilstam,

You can request an incremental upgrade link through my private website (indicate the email used to purchase your current copy of the plugin):

    https://cff.dwbooster.com/contact-us

However, if you have the Developer version of the plugin, it includes the WebHook add-on (the add-on that allows the integration with Zapier) you simply should activate it from the settings page of the plugin, and configure the webhooks’ URLs from the form’s settings.

    Best regards.
