Forward attachments does not show in the post

Yes it is possible in fact Postie doesn’t care if it is a forwarded email.

What is likely happening is that you have not allowed the attachment type.

What kind of attachments are you trying to send?

What does your “Supported MIME Types” setting say?

I send pdf and docx, mime type is application.

The files are getting into the media library (it is possible to view the pdf / docs fron the file link) but there is no link in the post.

When I make a “clean test” , I send an email with attachment to an admin email and than forward it to the postie email , it works.

But when I forward a “real” email, attachments links does not show.

What can be the reason for that?

Files names are in non latin language and file link looks something like this:
….. wp-content/uploads/2016/01/79BD7A0D799D7AA-D794D792D796.pdf

maybe that is the problem? (although it does work in a “clean test”)

I suspect that you have the “Automatically insert image gallery” setting set to “yes” – this would keep any attachments from showing up with links.

I put “Automatically insert image gallery” setting set to “no” and I think now it works fine. Thank you.
