I have a forums at my web, and I need to make that each membership can enter at a different forum. But I don’t want that the lvl 4 can enter at the forum for the lvl 3, 2 and 1. How can i do this?

Yes, it’s possible using s2Member. You just need to use the Capability Manager Enhanced plugin to adjust the capabilities of each level.
