Forum Shutdown

I’m very interested in your Enterprise and Lifetime plans but genuinely concerned with the mixed reviews and lack of a support ticket system or even a support forum. Is there a reason why it was shut down or did it get moved? I like what I am seeing with IgnitionDeck features but very hesitant to move forward. Hope for some reassurance here, thanks.
