I don’t allow people to register for my blog because of SPAM, how do people register for the forums?

Hi,

If you don’t have registration enabled on your WordPress site, your users can register an account directly on the forum using a Register link that appears at the top of every page. If you want users to be able to post without registering, you can simply enable guest posting or you can disable the User Accounts feature entirely so users don’t even see the registration option.

We have an image verification (CAPTCHA) system that automatically activates if it thinks a registration might be spam, so spam registrations should not be a problem.

We are using WP Forum 1.7.5 and need a way to have people register to make comments. Every time we test it, it says that “user registration is currently not available.”
How can we allow visitors to register to ask a question or leave a comment on the forum?
