We have many, many ways for users to enter public data at our WordPress site, so we are very grateful for all the ways that CleanTalk protects us! Mostly forums, though, which Askimet and others do not even attempt to support. We see your plugin blocking hundreds of spam attempts per day!

However, we also find a number of false positives that we are unable to address with filtering. This was originally not a problem. We marked a forum entry as Not Spam, and it would appear in our site in a few minutes.

More recently, this is not working at all. No matter how long we wait, the user must attempt to make the forum post again — where it is often blocked AGAIN, even though we have already cleared the account and the post content. Our solution has been to log in as those users, and with our admin clearance, force it through….but this is not sustainable with a user community with hundreds of thousands of members. We need these posts to appear on their own after we have approved them.

Where can we look to see what might have been broken? How can we get posts to appear in the forum after being marked Not Spam again?
