Forum Navigation Bar

How do I change the wording on the forums navigation bar, from default it has: Forum Profile Members e.t.c… I want to change the word Forum to something else but I don’t see a setting for that navigation bar?

One way to do this is using the filter “asgarosforum_filter_header_menu”. You have to know how to use filters and edit an array in php. All you would have to do is change the names in the array I think.
