Forum list loading collapsed

I cannot figure out why my main group with the most forums is loading collapsed so that it only shows one forum and it is hard for visitors to find the others.
A secondary group beneath it, with only 3 forums loads showing them all.

UPDATE: I moved a few forums around reordering them and discovered the problem has fixed itself.
