Forum is not showing when the user is logged in

Hi, I have added a sub forums and topics, however they are not appearing when the user members are logged in. Can you help me. This link is the where the main website where I had added in the Sub Forums and Topics https://staging.recoveryministry.net/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforo-forums
