    Hi there, and welcome to the support forum for PayPal Zettle POS for WooCommerce, the official Zettle integration for WooCommerce. This forum is frequently checked by Inpsyde Support Engineers and we will try to help you out as much as possible.

    Please read the below guidelines so we can assist to the best of our ability.

    Sharing details about your request
    – Please share your URL and screenshots of the issue with us; that will help us to understand your challenge better. You can also share your System Report, found under WooCommerce > Status on your site.
    – Do NOT share any login or password details with us. This is a public forum.

    I have the same problem as someone else! Can I just reply to someone else’s post with “Me too”?
    We’d rather have everyone make a new thread, just for themselves, and include a link to potentially related threads.
    The odds are, the solution for one user will actually not be the same for another. Also, it means someone else will get alerts for your problems and debugging when they don’t need it.

    Resolving threads
    Threads will be marked as resolved by our team members in any of the following cases:
    – We haven’t heard back from the thread starter in over a week or no one else has been able to help out in that same time span.
    – The thread is not related to or caused by this plugin, but another plugin or theme.
    – We are fairly confident to have provided the right solution.
    – The development team has been engaged by opening a ticket with them and will be addressed at a later date.

    If you feel the request has not been resolved, then please send a private support request with a link to your thread.

    Request private support
    We may ask you for the WooCommerce System Report and/or plugin log files. If you are not comfortable publicly sharing your System Report or log files, you can send a private support request with your logs and a link to your thread. Private support can be requested from the developer documentation here: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/ (without requiring a user account).

    Customization
    We will try to help with basic customization (CSS and PHP), but this will mostly consist of guiding you to the right place for finding help. This forum is focused on resolving issues with core configurations and the intended plugin functionality of the plugin.
