    Hello support team,

I am writing regarding a forum that is only intended for our distributors: Distributor Network – OPASCA – We care for digital healthcare. Distributors must therefore log in on this landing page to access the forum.

    <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Main problem:</span>

The problem is that basically anyone can access the forum page without logging in if they have the link to the forum and not to the LP.

If you use the link to the LP, you have to log in normally to access the forum. But if you have the link for the forum, you don’t have to log in. That should not be the case as anyone would have access to the forum.

Do you have any idea on how to solve this?

Thank you very much in advance!

    Kind regards,

    Alexandra Appel

if you make the forum private, then only logged in users can see it and the topics

dashboard>forums>edit forum and on right hand side you will see a box for visibility

    Dear Robin,

thank you very much for your response!

The main problem is that all forums disappear when you set them to private.

Do you have any other idea on how to solve this issue?

    Thanks you in advance!

    Best, Alex ??

ok, so a public form is visible to everyone, a private forum is only visible to logged in users.

So is your problem above with the forum set to public or private?

I’m going to mark this as resolved, but feel free to post comments or questions if you still have any.
