Forum Backup and Restore

I don’t see any obvious option to do a backup and restore of the forum. I need to back it up then restore it at a later time. Do I only need to backup these 3 tables?

forum_posts
forum_topics

Hello @scottwermter

The categories and usergroups are also saved in all WordPress wp_term* tables. The general forum options are located in wp_options and certain user-data is saved in wp_usermeta.
